UPDATE DESCRIPTION: This file updates your Proposals 2000 program to version 4.01. This update is highly recommended! It contains NO database changes. Last Updated 8-3-2000. 

NOTES: As of 8-3-2000, this update now contains the file TXOBJ32.dll. This file is required for OLE operations under Windows 98.

PROPOSALS 2000 UPDATE

The first step is to download the file and the last step is to run the installation program.

Once the download is complete, you can close your Internet connection. Locate the file on your HD and double click on it. Follow the instructions that appear on your computer screen.
