Easy Load Calc™ was designed for those who need fast accurate heat gain and loss calculations but do not have time to learn how to use a complicated software program and collect lots of building information.
Easy Load Calc uses a proven "whole house" concept that is proven accurate for most applications.
This program is different than what is currently available. The whole idea of Easy Load Calc is to provide accurate calculations quickly with a very short software learning curve. We have succeeded!
Performing the calculation is quick and simple. Measure the floor area of the structure. Measure all outside doors and windows. Select various construction details. Click the Calculate All button. That's all there is to calculating heat gain and loss. Simple! It's easy to experiment with the calculator. Imagine showing the customer what they will save by adding insulation, better doors, energy saving windows, etc.
This is not a Manual J program so it does not use the Manual J standard and would not be considered Manual J compliant.

This form will calculate the customer’s current approximate energy costs and compare them with up to three new systems. This method was designed for those of you who use the "Good, Better, Best" scenarios in your sales proposals. By the way, that's what we recommend.
