  We will train your technicians on the importance of flat rate pricing, how to properly use their flat rate books, sell maintenance agreements, sell additional service, create and close sales leads, handle objections and much more. We will also work with your office personnel on how to answer the telephones, handle objections, sell maintenance agreements, route calls, up sell and much more. Interested? Just ask one of our many satisfied clients for a personal testimony.  Our reduced fee is $2000.00 per day plus $1800.00 each additional day (if needed). Most moderately sized companies will need just one day.
 

Other Services

  • On-Site Business Consulting: $2500.00 for the first day and $2000.00 for each day thereafter. If you are a supplier or distributor, please ask about specials discounts.
  • Business Evaluation (2-day event): $3800.00
  • Flat Rate Pricing Seminars: Professional fees are waived if 15 or more dealers attend an approved meeting. Travel and living expenses will also be waived.

Notes

  1. We do not sell partial days unless otherwise noted.
  2. Don’t see anything you need? We can create custom courses for you. Please let us know what you would like and we will create an outline for your approval.
  3. *Your investment includes any two workshops. Half-day workshops are 3.5 hours long. The fee covers two workshops. You may select just one but a full-day consulting fee always applies.
  4. One-day workshops generally run from 8:00 to 4:00 PM with four 15 minute breaks and one lunch break. Most of these seminars can be shortened to meet special needs.
  5. We also offer a wide range of books, reference materials and software. Please ask for our current catalog or visit our website at www.mrhvac.com
  6. We provide clients with master copies of class materials and request that they prepare the materials for all participants. Please provide us with a flip chart, overhead projector, white projector screen and a small table. Two or more one-day workshops may be combined and held consecutively for a reduced fee of $1800.00 per day. Four-day workshops may be divided into two, two-day sessions.
  7. Travel and living expenses are not included and will be billed separately with no markup.

Our Requirements

  • We provide clients (distributors) with master copies of all class materials and request that they prepare the materials for all participants.

  • Please provide us with a flip chart, markers, white projector screen (or suitable light colored wall), and a small table.
