Co-Worker Performance Review System (for office, techs, installers) includes forms and instructions.

This system comes in three parts. One section is for your service technicians. The second section is for your installation technicians. The third section was designed specifically for your office personnel.

The following is the first page of the Technician's Performance Evaluation. A simple but thorough grading system is used. There are 20 questions in all. The technician fills out one copy, a co-worker fills out a second copy, and the technician's supervisor completes yet a third one.

Take a close look at the answers. They are well defined. This makes is very easy to evaluate a person objectively. The results are tabulated (see below).
