Support after the sale is the most important product we offer. For our software customers, we offer ninety days of fantastic technical support. We offer a variety of other support options for you to consider. It may sound like we are bragging a little bit when we use the word fantastic. We're very proud of our support. We have full time Microsoft Windows technicians and software programmers available to assist you with any problem you may have. If that weren't enough, we also have HVAC, electrician and plumbing technicians, contracting management professionals, and industry consultants on staff to assist you with implementation and support. For our customers who purchase products other than software, we will also provide you with a reasonable amount of management support at no additional charge.

YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS (USA)

We generally ship UPS Ground for all orders. Shipping charges are automatically calculated and shown to you during the "check out" phase of your on-line ordering. For those of you in a big hurry, guaranteed Two-Day Service is available for just $25.00 (plus $1.00 for every lb. over 4 lbs). Next Day Air is also available for a fee of $35.00 (plus $2.00 for every lb. over 4 lbs). If you need Next Day delivery on a Saturday, the fee is $45.00 (plus $2.00 for every lb. over 4 lbs).
