MrHVAC.com Company Shows Rapid Growth. Expansion Plans Continue.

Some of you have commented on recent changes here so I thought I would post a few notes regarding all of the hard work we have been doing. We have been making significant changes here at MrHVAC.com and our sister company Easy Street, Inc.

We are excited and proud to say that our expansion into the plumbing and electrical industries has being a spectacular success. We have been challenged by our huge growth but all of my coworkers have met the challenges.

Here is what we have been doing:

• After more than three years of development, we are extremely proud to announce the release of our much anticipated accounting and dispatching software. The program is called Total Office Manager. We simply refer to it as TOM. Read more about this product here.
• We have replaced our phone system with a new more sophisticated one, capable of performing improved call routing and handling the additional call volume our growth has caused.
• Added 50% more phone lines.
• Additional toll free lines were added. Our technical support and consulting clients now have a new toll free fax number.
• We have added office space and a new training room to our company head quarters in Lenexa Kansas.
• We have hired and trained more staff members. Including more technical support personnel, more software programmers, and customer service personnel.
• We have built a new shipping and receiving facility and hired an order fulfillment specialist.
• A new sales manager was hired. Bill Sheppard has almost 20 years experience as a master electrician, designer, and salesman. He was a partner with a large and successful contracting business.
• Our full color product and service catalog is the largest in the business and we have expanded our product line up by about 750%.
• We have completely updated our flagship product, Flat Rate Plus, including revamping our famous HVAC and electrical flat rate price guides and databases. The changes have been very well received.
• We have created an entire website dedicated to the subject of flat rate pricing; www.flatratesystems.com. The huge website showcases America's number one flat rate system known as Flat Rate Plus. You will also find tons of information on the subject of flat rate pricing for the contracting and service industries.
• Our sister company, Easy Street, Inc., has launched its new website at easystreetinc.com. There you will find our complete line up of products and services.
